Information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree of 06.30.2003 “Privacy Code”
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, we inform you that Exclusive Limo and Services processes personal data of customers, interested parties, suppliers and subjects who voluntarily communicate (in person, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail) their personal data.
Exclusive Limo and Services guarantees within the scope of the regulatory provisions that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Purpose of processing
to comply with legal obligations, regulations, community legislation, civil and tax regulations
to comply with any contractual obligations towards the interested party
to carry out activities related to the economic activity of the company, such as compiling internal records and statistics, for invoicing, keeping customer-supplier accounts
commercial purposes, such as sending commercial information and advertising material (by post, fax and e-mail)

In relation to the purposes set out above, your personal data will be communicated if necessary:
to Public Administrations and Authorities, where required by law
to credit institutions, with which Exclusive Limo and Services has relationships for the management of credits/debts and financial intermediation
to all those natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private (legal, corporate, administrative and tax consultancy firms, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce, etc.), when communication is necessary or functional to the performance of the company’s activity and in the ways and for the purposes listed above
The personal data processed by Exclusive Limo and Services are not subject to disclosure
The processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic and in any case automated means and will include all the operations provided for in art. 4 paragraph 1, letter a), Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 and necessary for the processing in question. In any case, the processing will be carried out in compliance with all precautionary measures, which guarantee its security and confidentiality.
The Privacy Code grants interested parties the exercise of specific rights pursuant to art. 7. In particular, the interested party may obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party may also request to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification of the identification details of the owner, the appointed managers and the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them.
The interested party has the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and without reason, the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
